If there are only two numbers that are not in the row or column, you can still do the elimination method, which will tell you where to place the last two missing numbers. Just check the rows and the columns so you will be able to locate the missing numbers. If you have eliminated one of the possibilities on each row or column, there is a chance to fill the line you are playing.

  • The two steps above are good for solving simple and easy Sudoku. On the other hand, when solving difficult Sudoku puzzles, you need to know how to look for the possibilities of the puzzle.
